Cascade Comfort Service, Inc. was founded in 1986. We started out as a heating and air conditioning service company but quickly grew into a full-service HVAC contractor to meet the needs of our customers and community. As our company expanded, we took on projects that originated everywhere from the California/Oregon border to the Sacramento area, making us fortunate enough to be part of the growth of Northern California. In 2001, Cascade Comfort Service, Inc. turned the reins of ownership over to Rick Boudro. Today, Rick continues to operate Cascade Comfort Service, Inc. with the same integrity and values set forth by our founders.

Appointment Cancellation

Cascade Comfort Service, Inc. requires 24 hour prior notice to canceling your service appointments. Appointments not cancelled prior to 24 hours will incur a fee.

Diagnostic Fee During a “Tune-Up”

While performing a “Tune-Up” if it is determined that the unit is not working properly an additional diagnostic charge will occur at our hourly rate plus the cost of the repair.
