We started out as a heating and air conditioning service company but quickly grew into a full-service HVAC contractor to meet the needs of our customers and community. As our company expanded, we took on projects that originated everywhere from the California/Oregon border to the Sacramento area, making us fortunate enough to be part of the growth of Northern California. In 2001, Cascade Comfort Service, Inc. turned the reins of ownership over to Andrew Dempsey & Rick Boudro. Diagnostic Fee During a “Tune-Up”
While performing a “Tune-Up” if it is determined that the unit is not working properly an additional diagnostic charge will occur at our hourly rate plus the cost of the repair.
