We are so very grateful for Cascade Comfort Service! They came out the day before Thanksgiving and truly saved the day. The technician was timely, professional, and knowledgeable, and he kept us well informed throughout the whole process. They even went out to buy the part we needed so the repair could be finished right away. What really stood out was their kindness and customer service — more than we could have asked for. My mom is 84 and forgot to give them her card, and they didn’t make a fuss about it at all. I’ll be contacting the office to take care of payment, but I just wanted to say how impressed we were with their friendliness and care. Highly recommend Cascade Comfort Service! Our experience with Cascade heating was very Responsive.From the office gal Who took our call,to having the next day,Matt come out to give us our bid we compared them with many others they were just perfect for us. Matt was so thorough and enjoyable to be around and the team he sent out a week and a half later did the job less than a day, super nice team. Update for second half of maintenance plan for furnace inspection: Patrick came out to perform an inspection on my furnace as part of my maintenance plan and I was thoroughly impressed by his professionalism and expertise. He arrived on time, was friendly and respectful, and explained everything he was doing in a clear and helpful way. The inspection was detailed and he made sure my system was running efficiently and safely. Thank you Patrick. I had excellent service from Cascade Comfort. Kevin performed a thorough inspection of my AC unit. His professionalism and attention to detail was evident throughout the process. I was very grateful for Kevin's willingness in helping reprogram my thermostat. He reassured that the thermostat was working properly as well as my AC unit.
