Great service and a complete, quality job done. We purchased a house with an older a/c system and wanted to upgrade to something more efficient. Rick was very prompt and came out to inspect what we had then advised us of our options. He provided us with a detailed estimate then when we approved the job (complete replacement of all components including new duct work) the crew was professional and polite. System works great and our energy consumption has been cut in half compared to our old system. I would and do highly recommend them. Read Less

When a local Red Bluff HVAC company performed a system maintenance on my 4 year old HVAC system they damaged my unit by improperly overcharging the system with excessive refrigerant. Their technician told me my system was broken beyond repair and could not be fixed. I called Cascade after having contacted the manufacturer with no results. The Cascade technicians quickly brought the system down to the correct amount of refrigerant, replaced the TSV valve and damaged compressor. I've had two experiences with Glen and crew. The first was when they installed a mini split in the historical building that houses my business, in Red Bluff. Great communication, efficient service, pricing was much more reasonable than any of the other quotes given (according to the property management company). based on that experience I had Glen come out and give me a quote on mini splits for my home. after determining my needs and inspecting my home, I was given 3 quotes; one for a 4 head mini-split, and two for traditional HVAC packages to replace my 42 year old original-to-the-home unit. I opted for the larger of the rooftop packages. the quote included, installation of the new unit, a bit of repair to my existing ducts, removal and disposal of the old unit. they were able to schedule the installation within a few days, they showed up promptly, Chris (the tech) and his co-worker (who name I forgot) were polite and communicative. they cleaned everything up as though nothing was done. I am beyond delighted with the entire experience, and I can genuinely and enthusiastically recommend their services. Read Less
