Cascade Comfort Service is an amazing company! They responded within a day of my call and fixed the issue I had with my air conditioner. Ryley was the best, so professional and explained everything about what he found and what he was doing every step of the way. He was very kind and considerate. He would be the biggest reason I would call on them again but the entire experience was top notch. Call them for all of your heating and air needs..you can't go wrong! Read Less

We were having trouble with one of our mini-split systems in some investment property when we called Cascade comforts office I was amazed how nice they were and seemed been over backwards to get us an appointment due to the high heat. Even though they warned us they might be running late they showed up on time and quickly found the problem and fixed it. Even though I went next door their technician found me to let me know everything was good before leaving. Could not recommend these guys enough they're great. Read Less

We selected Cascade Comfort to replace our heat pump even though they were not the lowest estimate, but we felt theirs was the most honest. Indeed they finished the job on time with no additional charges. When it died a few months after the warrantee ended, they still stood behind the product and did the repair without charge. Highly recommend them for their service and integrity. Read Less
