Matt was very proactive and promptly called us back and send out a technician to resolve our furnace issue. Patrick (technician) was very knowledgeable and friendly. Identified and fixed the problem quickly, explained everything to us, and did a triple check everything was running before he left. 5 Stars each. We are so very grateful for Cascade Comfort Service! They came out the day before Thanksgiving and truly saved the day. The technician was timely, professional, and knowledgeable, and he kept us well informed throughout the whole process. They even went out to buy the part we needed so the repair could be finished right away. What really stood out was their kindness and customer service — more than we could have asked for. My mom is 84 and forgot to give them her card, and they didn’t make a fuss about it at all. I’ll be contacting the office to take care of payment, but I just wanted to say how impressed we were with their friendliness and care. Highly recommend Cascade Comfort Service!
