We are so very grateful for Cascade Comfort Service! They came out the day before Thanksgiving and truly saved the day. The technician was timely, professional, and knowledgeable, and he kept us well informed throughout the whole process. They even went out to buy the part we needed so the repair could be finished right away. What really stood out was their kindness and customer service — more than we could have asked for. My mom is 84 and forgot to give them her card, and they didn’t make a fuss about it at all. I’ll be contacting the office to take care of payment, but I just wanted to say how impressed we were with their friendliness and care. Highly recommend Cascade Comfort Service! Our experience with Cascade heating was very Responsive.From the office gal Who took our call,to having the next day,Matt come out to give us our bid we compared them with many others they were just perfect for us. Update for second half of maintenance plan for furnace inspection: Patrick came out to perform an inspection on my furnace as part of my maintenance plan and I was thoroughly impressed by his professionalism and expertise. He arrived on time, was friendly and respectful, and explained everything he was doing in a clear and helpful way. The inspection was detailed and he made sure my system was running efficiently and safely. Thank you Patrick. I had excellent service from Cascade Comfort. Kevin performed a thorough inspection of my AC unit. His professionalism and attention to detail was evident throughout the process. I was very grateful for Kevin's willingness in helping reprogram my thermostat. He reassured that the thermostat was working properly as well as my AC unit. Cascade heating and air are absolutely the best! We had Cascade do some minor repairs and maintenance on our old (27) year old air conditioner in the past. Just recently we asked Cascade to replace our unit, the selling process (with Matt) was very professional, no pressure and easy to understand our options. The installation process was straightforward and completed in 2 days. Chris the lead installer and his team were very knowledgeable and worked diligently to get us cool air on day one, day two was touch ups and the inspection. Outstanding service! I called a number of business's to repair my air-conditioning, every one was to busy to help or did not call me back! Except Cascade! I left a message and within 10 minutes Pat called me. I explained my wife and I are in our mid 70's and needed his help. It was 6:30 in the evening and he had already put in a long day helping others. He stated he could arrive at 830 if that would work for us. I thank him for his understanding and caring! Pat arrived on time and looked tired! He was so friendly and understanding. He took care of our problem in minutes! What can I say more about Pat. I am sure he could have gone home, but he chose to help very grateful seniors. God bless you Pat! We are customers for ever! Congratulations Cascade for having such a great employee.
